Fall session began September 27
A small group. An open Bible. People who know your name and encourage your next step with Jesus.
Explore groups & mapJesus taught His disciples in a small group. At Wrightsboro Baptist Church, we follow His example through D-Groups: small communities committed to Scripture, prayer, accountability, and encouragement.
Throughout each ministry season, you will learn to put your faith into practice, care for one another, and help others grow. Our hope is a church full of disciples who make disciples, for the glory of God.
Six groups across our community, gathering around Scripture and growing together. Explore the fall groups meeting through November, then let us help you find your next step.

Real relationships. Time in God's Word. Encouragement to live out what you are learning.
A D-Group is a focused, gender-specific or co-ed community where Bible engagement, prayer, and accountability help members grow in Christ. Group sizes vary, with some groups gathering around 12 people. The emphasis is on meaningful relationships and helping one another grow as disciples who make disciples.
Each leader and group choose a time and place that work for them. Groups may gather in homes, coffee shops, or local restaurants, on any day of the week. Most meet once a week for 60-90 minutes.
Life Groups are a natural starting point for building the relationships that lead to D-Groups. Talk with your Life Group leader or express your interest through Disciple Signup. You may express interest at any time; each D-Group closes to new participants after its second week.
Yes, we would love to hear from you. You may already have people in mind, or you may be open to leading people who need a group. D-Group leaders must be WBC members and active in a current Life Group, and must meet with, be trained by, and be approved by the Senior Pastor or his designee.
The current fall session runs through November 2026. The next session is tentatively expected to begin sometime January 17-24, 2027, and continue until around Mother's Day weekend in May. Exact start and finish dates may vary by group and will be confirmed with each leader. Studies, meeting locations, and available spaces will be shared as plans are finalized.
We would love to help you find your place.
